A. Brooke Santizo, NP-C, CEO

Brooke is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the medical field starting in 2001.  Brooke graduated from Samford University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in Birmingham, AL in 2013. 


Her professional experiences include: inpatient medicine at Northside Forsyth Hospital (2014-2020), inpatient medicine at Encompass Subacute Rehabilitation Hospital (2021 to present), internal medicine/family practice/primary care (2014 to present), urgent care  (2014 to present), and non-surgical orthopedic medicine (2014 to present).  Brooke has maintained many professional relationships with a wide range of specialists in the area. 


Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
