A. Brooke Santizo, NP-C, CEO
Brooke is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the medical field starting in 2001. Brooke graduated from Samford University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in Birmingham, AL in 2013.
Her professional experiences include: inpatient medicine at Northside Forsyth Hospital (2014-2020), inpatient medicine at Encompass Subacute Rehabilitation Hospital (2021 to present), internal medicine/family practice/primary care (2014 to present), urgent care (2014 to present), and non-surgical orthopedic medicine (2014 to present). Brooke has maintained many professional relationships with a wide range of specialists in the area.
Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
DR. CHRISTOPHER BORREGO
Dr. Borrego is an internal medicine board-certified doctor of osteopathy.
He attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, and completed his residency at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. He served as a hospitalist at Northside Forsyth Hospital for nearly 20 years. Dr. Borrego and Brooke have worked together starting in 2012.
Dr. Borrego is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Medical Association of Georgia. He is a teacher for medical students attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and was selected as one of Atlanta’s Top Doctors in 2016.
